Victoria L. Collier, CLEA, founded The Elder & Disability Law Firm of Victoria L. Collier, PC to serve the legal needs of senior citizens when their health care needs increase.

She has worked as a nurse’s aide for both nursing homes and home health care companies. She served in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm, 1989-1995, as well as the U.S. Army Reserves, 1Lt. 2001-2004.

Victoria is a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation and has been named as “Fellow” of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, their highest award, and the only Georgia attorney to receive it, as of 2014. Victoria has also been appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue to the Georgia Council on Aging. She is Co-Founder of Lawyers with Purpose, LLC and Lawyers for Wartime Veterans, LLC. Victoria is author of 47 Secret Veterans’ Benefits for Seniors and Co-Author of Blooper Episodes in Estate and Elder Law (GA edition). Victoria is the Co-Executive Producer and Host of the TV Talk Show, Senior Salute, airing on Public Broadcasting Station (PBS).
